How to Insert an Email Signature Logo Using a Public URL
- Request a Public URL for your Logo from Grux
- If you haven’t already please provide Grux with your Logo in the following format:
- PNG file format
- With a transparent background
- Outlined in white
- For dark-mode compatibility
- Grux will then store this file and provide you with a Public URL
- If you haven’t already please provide Grux with your Logo in the following format:
- Add the Logo to your Email Signature
- In Gmail - Navigate to Gmail > Settings > See All Settings > Signature
- Create a new Email Signature
- Click the ‘Insert Image’ icon
- Paste the ‘Public URL’ provided by Grux in the ‘Paste URL of Image…” box
- If you don’t have this, please request this from Grux
- Then Click ‘Insert Image’
- Click the image, and click 'small’ for the size option
- Or whichever size looks best for your signature
- Or whichever size looks best for your signature
- Add a Link and Hover text to your Logo
- In your Email Signature - highlight the entire Image.
- Click the ’Link’ icon and enter the following information in the fields:
- Name:
- The name you would like to appear when the user hovers over your Logo
- URL:
- The link you would like the User to be navigated to when the click your Logo
- This is usually your website
- To note, if the fields are not displaying correctly, you can use the ‘tab’ key to switch between them

- Click the ’Link’ icon and enter the following information in the fields:
- In your Email Signature - highlight the entire Image.
- Save and Test
- Click ‘Save Changes’
- Reload Gmail in order for the Changes to take effect
- Test your Email signature by sending yourself an email
- Fine-tune as desired
- Click ‘Save Changes’
